Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session or hire with The Little Play Patch. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions or hires must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-ins may be accepted if space allows.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or hire.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

  • Bookings are non-refundable, except where a session is cancelled by The Little Play Patch.

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or hires due to illness, lateness or personal circumstances.

  • If The Little Play Patch cancels a session or hire, we will offer a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.

3. Age & Supervision

  • Our sessions and hires are designed for children aged 0–6 years, though siblings of other ages may attend at the parent or guardian’s discretion.

  • Parents, guardians, or responsible adults must remain on site and supervise their children at all times.

  • Adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children in their care.

  • The Little Play Patch team facilitate the play environment but do not provide childcare or supervision of individual children.

4. Session & Hire Conduct

  • Children are encouraged to explore and interact with all play zones. Moving toys or play items between areas is part of the experience.

  • Gentle and respectful use of all toys, props and equipment is expected.

  • A short tidy-up will take place at the end of each session; children are encouraged to help return items to their areas.

  • Any damage to toys or equipment should be reported to The Play Patch team immediately.

5. Health & Safety

  • Do not attend if you or your child are unwell.

  • Any allergies, medical conditions or special requirements should be communicated at the time of booking.

  • The Little Play Patch takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe and clean environment, but parents/guardians are responsible for supervision and the safety of their children.

6. Food & Drink

  • Some venues may provide refreshments; please contact the venue directly or visit their website for further information.

  • Food and drink should not be consumed in play areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.

  • The Little Play Patch cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.

7. Photos & Media

  • The Little Play Patch may occasionally take photos or videos for website, social media or promotional use.

  • Consent will be requested during booking. Children will not be photographed without consent.

  • Parents and guardians are welcome to take photos of their own children, but should respect the privacy of other children.

8. Liability

While The Little Play Patch aims to provide a safe, fun and engaging environment:

  • We cannot accept liability for accidents, injuries or incidents resulting from lack of supervision.

  • We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • We cannot accept liability for allergic reactions.

9. Equipment & Use

  • All play equipment and props remain the property of The Little Play Patch.

  • Equipment must not be removed from the venue or misused.

  • Damage/theft caused during hire may incur additional charges.

10. Extras

  • All resources, activities and content shared online or in-person are for personal use only and must not be copied or distributed without permission.
